The Board of Directors is Veidekke’s highest administrative body and is directly responsible to the AGM. Six members are elected by the shareholders and three by the employees, for two years at a time.

The Board of Directors sets objectives, lays down strategy and budgets and makes an active contribution in the form of expertise and experience. In accordance with adopted plans, the Board carries out an annual review of the company’s operations.
