Veidekke: To build Nordic Ecolabel homes in Stockholm for OBOS
Veidekke has been commissioned by OBOS Nya Hem to build new apartments and rowhouses at Träkvista torg on Ekerö near Stockholm. The design and build contract is valued at approximately SEK 119 million. The Brf Aroma project is expected to be ready for occupancy in spring 2027.

Veidekke: To renovate offices in Stockholm
Veidekke's Swedish subsidiary Arcona has been commissioned to carry out a comprehensive renovation of Sweco's offices at Trängkåren 6 in Stockholm’s Tidningskvarteren area. The project comprises approximately 20,000 square meters and is being carried out in collaboration with the client Areim and tenant Sweco. The contract volume is approx. SEK 350 million, and work is expected to be completed in 2026.

The ZEB Flexible Lab in Trondheim is among the world's most sustainable builds.

The project, which is currently in the production phase, is being carried out by Veidekke in close collaboration with the customer Syvab, as a combination of execution and turnkey contracts.

Cederhusen in new Hagastaden will be Stockholm’s first large apartment building in solid wood. We are currently completing the first stage with 111 apartments.
